Call for Outgoing Students 

Create short video content and photos about your exchange experience, and we'll reward you with a faculty sweatshirt!

Dear Students,

The Committee on International Affairs is launching a call for students participating in mobility programs.

If you are currently doing your exchange internship abroad or will be traveling soon, now is the perfect opportunity to capture your experiences and receive a faculty sweatshirt in return. We would love for you to share your insights and experiences with others, so we ask you to create a video and photo documentation during your exchange program.

Eligible Mobility Programs and Host Institutions:

• Saitama Medical School, Japan
• Tokyo Medical School, Japan
• Prince of Songkla University, Thailand
• Weill Cornell University, USA
• King Hussein Medical Center, Jordan
• Traineeships under the Pannonia Scholarship Program

Details of the Assignment:
Photos: At least 5 pictures are required, without any filters, in IG Reels/Story vertical format (9:16). One of the photos must be a selfie, leaving space for an introduction text later. The remaining photos should aim to showcase the host university, the program, and your daily life.
Video: A video of at least 30 seconds, but no longer than 1.5 minutes.
o The video should start with a brief introduction (first name, year, program, current location).
o After the introduction, please cover at least three of the following topics:

• A presentation of the country and university you are visiting, your personal impressions.
• Comparison of teaching methods with those used in Hungary.
• Country- or university-specific customs that differ from those in Hungary.
• A description of a typical day during your exchange internship.
• Your most memorable experience during the program.
• The biggest challenge you faced.
• Tips for future exchange students.

Video Guidelines:

• To reduce background noise, use a microphone! Avoid speaking into the camera in noisy environments.
• Record in at least Full HD (1080p) resolution.
• Make sure there is no strong light source (window, lamp) behind you, as it will darken your face!
• Record multiple short clips with quick cuts for a more dynamic video.
• Use music!
• Keep the phone steady, avoid shaking the camera.

Language:
Please submit the photos and videos in both Hungarian and English or German.
