NEW ONLINE TEACHING MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE FOR UNDERGRADUATE PALLIATIVE CARE EDUCATION IN EUROPE

The three-year Erasmus+ programme titled ELPIS: Palliative Care Online Education for International Students (2021-1-IT02-KA220-HED-000023205) has produced learning materials suitable for online teaching.

These innovative educational resources on palliative medicine were designed for undergraduate medical students in six languages - English, German, Spanish, Italian, Romanian and Hungarian. The University of Pécs Medical School Hospice-Palliative Department participated as a Hungarian partner in this project. In collaboration with other institutes and clinics, 12 lecturers contributed to the development of the educational materials, which cover the following topics:
