Is there a student who doesn't get stressed before exams...? If so, please come to the workshop and share Your secret with us! :) If there isn't anyone like that among the participants, we may end up discussing:
- What does "normal" mean, when it comes to stress, and what is excessive?
- How to manage and control the causes and symptoms of stress?
- What tricks might work for You that can be used before and during exams?
All this will happen in the cozy atmosphere typical of YourLife workshops, so everyone can recharge a little amidst the rush of everyday life.

The maximum number of participants in the workshop is 10.*
*Unfortunately, it often happens that registered participants do not show up at the workshops. This is inconvenient because in this way we cannot offer the vacated space to those for whom it would be important to attend.
